Promotional Scheme

Promotion Scheme သည် တစ်ခု သို့မဟုတ် တစ်ခုထက်ပိုသောထုတ်ကုန်များအတွက် ယာယီလျှော့ဈေးဖြစ်သည်။

Selling > Items and Pricing > Promotional Scheme ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

Add Promotion Scheme ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

Name ထည့်ပါ။
Pricing Rule Item Code တွင် Apply On ၌သတ်မှတ်လိုက်သည့်အပေါ်တွင် ဇယားကျပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Apply On တွင် Item Code ရွေးချယ်လိုက်ပါက Apply Rule on item code တွင် Dis ပေးမည့် Item Code များအားရွေးချယ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Apply On တွင် Item Group ရွေးချယ်လိုက်ပါက Apply Rule on item group တွင် Dis ပေးမည့် Item Group အားရွေးချယ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
Apply On တွင် Brand ရွေးချယ်လိုက်ပါက Apply Rule on Brand တွင် Dis ပေးမည့် Brand အားရွေးချယ်ပေးရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
Apply On တွင် Transaction ရွေးချယ်ပါက Apply Rule on ဇယားကျမည်မဟုတ်ပါရွေးချယ်ပေးရန် မလိုပါ။
Mixed Conditions သည် Dis အားမတူသည့်ပစ္စည်းများရောယူသည့်အခါတွင်လည်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအရေအတွက် (သို့) သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Amount ပြည့်ပါက Dis ပေးမည်ဆိုလျှင် Mixed Conditions တွင်အမှတ်ခြစ်ထည့်ပါ။
Is Cummulative သည် သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Amount အား Customer မှပထမဆုံးဝယ်ယူသည့်ဘောင်ချာတွင်မပြည့်ပါက Dis မပေးဘဲ နောက်ထပ်ဝယ်ယူသည့် ဘောင်ချာတွင်သတ်မှတ် Amount ပြည့်ပြီး Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Is Cummulative တွင်အမှန်ခြစ်ထည့်သွင်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

Discount on Other Item သည်အပေါ်တွင်သတ်မှတ်ခဲ့သော Apply Rule on ဇယားမှ Item များဝယ်ယူသည့်အခါတွင် Apply Rule on ဇယားမှသက်ဆိုင်သည့် Item များ Dis ပေးသည့်အပြင် အခြား Item အားလည်း Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Dis ပေးမည့် Item Code , Item Group, Brand အားသတ်မှတ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

Party Information တွင် Selling or Buying ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။

Applicable For တွင် မိမိသတ်မှတ်လိုသော Pricing Condition ကိုရွေးပါ။

+ Eg: ရွှေးချယ်ထားသော Customer များသာပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Customer ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+ Customer Group အလိုက် Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Customer Group ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+ Territory အလိုက် Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Territory ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+ Sales Partner အလိုက် Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Sales Partner ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+ Campaign အလိုက် Dis ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါက Campaign ရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+ မရွေးချယ်ပါက customer အားလုံးတွင် Dis ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည

Applicable For ရွေးချယ်လိုက်ပါက အောက်တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာရွေးချယ်ရမည့် Select Box ကျမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Select Box ကျလာပါက သက်ဆိုင်သည့် Name/ Group/ Territory/ Sales Partner/ Campaing များအားရွေးချယ်ပါ။

Valid From တွင်မည့်သည့်နေ့မှ Promotion စပေးမည်ကိုထည့်ပါ။
Valid Upto တွင်မည်သည့်နေ့ထိ Promotion ပေးမည်ကိုထည့်ပါ။

Price ပေါ်တွင် Discount ပေးမည်ဆိုပါက Promotional Scheme Price Discount တွင်ထည့်ပါ။

+Min Qty တွင် အရေအတွက် အနည်းဆုံးစတင်ဝယ်ယူရမည့်အရေအတွက်အားထည့်သွင်းပါ။
+Max Qty တွင် အရေအတွက် အများဆုံးစတင်ဝယ်ယူရမည့်အရေအတွက်အားထည့်သွင်းပါ။
+Discount Type ၌ Discount ပေးမည်ပုံစံ Rate, Discount Percentage, Discount Amount ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။
+နောက်ထပ် Discount ပေးသည်များရှိပါက Add Row တိုး၍ထည့်ပါ။

Product နှင့် Discount ပေးမည်ဆိုပါက

+Min Qty တွင် အရေအတွက် အနည်းဆုံးစတင်ဝယ်ယူရမည့်အရေအတွက်အားထည့်သွင်းပါ။
+Max Qty တွင် အရေအတွက် အများဆုံးစတင်ဝယ်ယူရမည့်အရေအတွက်အားထည့်သွင်းပါ။
+Item Code တွင် မည့်သည့် Item ကို Discount ပေးမည်ကိုထည့်ပါ။
+Qty တွင်အရေအတွက်မည်မျှကို Discount ပေးမည်ကိုထည့်ပါ။
+နောက်ထပ် Discount ပေးသည်များရှိပါက Add Row တိုး၍ထည့်ပါ။

ထို့နောက် Save လုပ်ပါက Pricing Rule ကျသွားသည်ကိုတွေ့ရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
