Asset Category

Fixed Asset Item များ ထည့်သွင်းလိုပါက ပထမဦးစွာ Asset Category များကိုသတ်မှတ်ပေးရပါမည်။ Asset Category သည် Asset အမျိုးအစား အလိုက် သတ်မှတ်ထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ဥပမာ Desktops နှင့် Laptops အမျိုးအစား တို့ကို "Electronic Equipments" နာမည်ဖြင့် Asset Category တစ်ခုအနေဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ထားနိုင်သည်။

Assets > Asset Category

Add Asset Category ကိုနှိပ်ပါ။

Asset Category Name ကိုထည့်ပါ။

Depreciation Method ရွေးချယ်သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း

Finance Book Detail တွင်

• Depreciation Method ကိုရွေးပါ။ (eg. Straingt Line)

• Total Number of Depreciation တွင် Depreciation ချလို့သော စုစုပေါင်း လအရေအတွက်ကိုထည့်ပါ။

• Frequency of Depreciation တွင် Depreciation Frequency ကိုထည့်ပါ။ (eg.Monthly Depreciation)

• Depreciation Posting Date သတ်မှတ်ထားလိုပါက သတ်မှတ်ပါ။ (Opational)

Asset Category အတွက် Depreciation Account များသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း

Accounts တွင် ထို Asset Category အတွက် သီခြား Depreciation Account များကို ရွေးချယ်သတ်မှတ်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

• Fixed asset account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။

• Accumulated Depreciation account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။

• Depreciation Expense Account ကိုရွေးချယ်ပါ။

ထို့နောက် Save ကိုနှိပ်၍ Asset Category ကိုသတ်မှတ်နိုင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
